One of our printers is HP. This video is misleading. You can CHOOSE to have a paid subscription (where ink/toner is supplied automatically), or you can opt out to buy your own ink/toner. It depends on how much you print. If you print A LOT - it's cheaper to have the subscription. CAVEAT: HP does restrict you to use ONLY HP BRAND ink or toner. 3rd-party knock-offs no longer work. Solution: Buy a Brother printer. Much better.
