Back in December, the Gateway Pundit first reported that Minnesota was changing its state flag, and that the new flag was strikingly similar to the national flag of Somalia.

Honestly as much as I dont like the new flag, its wayyyyy better than the original. But I've gone down the flag rabbit hole and most state flags should be put for redesign. Watch GCP Grey state flag video it explains everything about the states and terrible flag design
