THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HE MEANS!!!!!! He is about to get rid of the FED chairman AND THE FED ITSELF!!!!!.... there's going to be some knickers in a twist, and the FED will NOT LIKE that...AND US GOVERNMENT WILL SHRINK EVEN FURTHER!!!!!!!
