Ironically many people with a HS diploma are more based than those with college degrees. Universities are woke indoctrination camps.
Possession of credentials means nothing to me in terms of a personβs qualifications. Instead I look at their experience, their body of work, their character, and their inclination to do what is right, especially when that means going against the popular zeitgeist.
I know that is true, If one can read, and write, and think, one should be able to do the job.
It's just that showing up with a HS diploma at an interview, should not land you a job as HR Manager.
However, the system can work if applied, because eventually the leashes in education come off a little. The brainwashing is not really helpful at higher levels, when it comes to evaluation or critical thought. One has to be able to articulate reasons for decisions, not just go by feelings.
By the time someone has a Master's degree in a relevant field, a company should expect the candidate to be able to do those things, and there is just less risk that a bullfrog situation emerges.
But then again, we must also consider that we must call Erika Kirk 'Doctor', if one was to believe her LinkedIn. There is a reason people inflate their credentials, or make them up, or purchase a fancy-looking piece of paper. There is also a reason that the DHS is cracking down on credential fraud.
