Which is the misinterpretation of the fact that Fiat US Dollar Hegemony is being replaced by a strong US Dollar reserve currency backed by its merits, which is what Trump is building.
The frequent reason for this misinterpretation is two fold:

Infact, Federal Reserve is buying up all these treasuries and is part of the final plan to tackle the 39T US debt that will be cleaned up and treasuries will be made available to anyone in the world using stablecoins.
TLDR: Yes, the entire global financial system, created by City of London and US being used as a useful pawn, is not being replaced by a real financial system of sovereign nations, backed by real US dollars not forced down others.
