You would need to show predicted Power Demand, Water Demand compared to existing supply. You would also have to show cost per GW. This would be visually terrifying. Like I mentioned in previous comments, the towns are pushing back and the facilities are being built anyway. This is a crime, and the governments need to be arrested. The facilities are being declared Utilities and they get priority no matter what because they cannot be turned off. Diesel powered generators including massive diesel storage tanks are included in these projects also. So they get the diesel first also.
The one thing that is slowly entering the discussion is these facilites will need upgrades as the chips become obsolete. That is beyond initial cost factor for a facility they sell as no or low maintenance.
