I was thinking the same thing. Just like an alcoholic, if you of all the sudden, person can go into cardiac arrest. You stop a diabetic without insulin, you can have catastrophic and devastating result. Slowly ween them off but doctors will need to actually learn some information instead of being pharma's salemen.
