Why do people keep their kids in school, at some point everyone is abusive, the parents fighting the idiot school system. In Utah, if you don't think Mormon influence is not all over the school system and everything else..Please think again...lmao. Go to Boston and see if the Catholics are not running everything and Catholic influence everywhere. I am a Christian and I hate ALL of this crap...keep your beliefs to yourself, not to schools or Government....we have "seperation of Church and State" for a GOOD reason!!.....I began HOMESCHOOLING while we lived in Utah (for work on the Bryce Canyon Lodge) they just wouldn't leave my kids alone about Mormoism in school, so being a newbie and NOT one of them, I took my kids out of school...it was their world...that was the 1980s
It was great fun...we unschooled....we went fishing alot, chopping wood, day trips with the kids. i was the assistant dining room manager at Bryce Canyon Lodge for 3yrs. My husband worked masonry on the stone retaining walls during closed months. We were real outsiders, I began carrying a gun there...those people are nuts....small (400 people) cultish town...I am from Mesa AZ, Mormons everywhere, my mother was a converted Mormon, but small town Utah Mormons are different...alot
There is an interesting mormon polygamy community close to St. George, Utah. As an ex-mormon my wife and I drove through that town. Interesting place, there was a drive thru coffee shop (mormons don't drink coffee-lol) and a young girl about 15 was taking the order at the drive up window, and getting the coffee drinks we ordered. I was wondering is she was married yet, so young.
