So you have 100% of a demographic ( homeless in LA) split up into 110%. I'm not a rocket scientist but that doesn't add up to me.
Besides that, Bass has devastated LA. I sure hope Pratt wins and cleans yet another libtard mess up. Bass should be ashamed of her policies and the state of her city. Better yet, she should be behind bars. I don't know how that bitch sleeps at night

LA was a disaster when Bass got in , but she certainly hasn't made anything better.
Isn’t outside of the city of Los Angeles and outside of the US a little redundant? One set contains the other.
In the group “Outside LA” there are many subsets of which “Outside of the US” is one of them. It’s a statement of how large the outside the US group is. Not redundant at all, just a commentary on group makeup.
Look at the percents. It makes mathematical sense.
Based on my observation this is the only reason the percentages make sense.
