No doubt there are challengers. We are talking about cutting edge technology thats going to decide who gets to make the rules for the world - whether it will be US with American Principles or China with their Communist/CBDC.

And we are up for the challenge. By no means evaporative cooling is the only option as the mainstream makes us believe:

Microsoft's zero water cooling

Hybrid cooling that can reduce water requirement by 80%

Immersion cooling, direct to chip cooling, and dry cooling

However I get it. Every new technological progress is going to disrupt the society to an extent. The options we are looking at:

1. Rise up to the challenge, develop this technology under a patriotic administration that cares about America, and become fully free from the Banksters

2. Decide we want no risks, let China take the reins, continue deindustrializations, and inevitably sell all land, resources etc to the Chinese companies and hope for the best.

Honestly, there is no other alternative.
