Decide we want no risks, let China take the reins, continue deindustrializations, and inevitably sell all land, resources etc to the Chinese companies and hope for the best.

Hybrid cooling that can reduce water requirement by 80%
Immersion cooling, direct to chip cooling, and dry cooling
