There shouldn't even be a statue of limitations on crimes against children. They should be considered capital offenses with no time limit on prosecution. And they should all be considered felonies of the worst order and carry massively long mandatory sentencing WITHOUT the possibility of parole. Even for the first offense. In fact, it should only ever be one of two possible sentences: life in prison w/o possibility of parole, or death. There should be no other options.
There should be Government issued wood-chippers just for occasions such as this. I'm more okay supporting wood-chippers with my tax dollars than my money going towards keeping a pedos in prison!
