Nevada Secretary of State's office sent the complete 2020 voter registration database and full voter rolls to Kavtech, a Pakistan-based firm in Lahore with documented ties to the ISI intelligence service, military and interior ministry. The reply was carbon-copied to CEO Waqas Butt at [email protected].

A separate case showed a Michigan company transmitting data on 1.8 million 2020 poll workers—including names of their children, addresses, finances and polling location schematics—to China. CISA received reports of nine serious vulnerabilities and backdoors in Dominion voting machines yet continued certifying the systems for use nationwide.
