Hey fren ! Can u believe we were just talking about Escondido ! A friend of mine just told me that area is all illegal Mexican and left Wacos , I had no idea ,! I just don't get up there accept a few times in beautiful areas with fat homes with views, a few friends from church bought there , but I heard it's liberal I had no idea
Since 2000, Southern California has been heavily invaded and mostly latino but other races from cess pool countries.
That poor guy was proud of our President but you need to be a chess player in these times looking ahead and the consequences of one's actions.
If you have money I'd wait before buying into this real estate market. I really anticipate a Fed move to higher interest rates which will bring inflation down.
