Any "non-profit" organization operating within the U.S. is only allowed to spend up to 25% of donated money on salaries and overhead. 75% is required to be spent on the stated purpose of the non-profit organization, all of the funding being to allocate resources, goods, services or monies directly to those people or objectives, subject to IRS Audit.
All "non-profit" banking must be through Federal accounts from here on out, which will be monitored to ensure that it's not treated like someone's personal piggy bank (ala The Clinton Foundation).
