Tl;dr Wtf, The US government is asking for this writ of certiorari to be denied, because the workers who sued NY State for blanket religious exemption from the Covid vaccine didn't ask for accommodations to work around the state law.

I thought that was a reasonable argument at first, until I realized that they were nurses, and They Can't Work From Home. You can't do alternate accommodations when your whole job is to work directly with patients. This is a bullshit case for denial, and a betrayal of 1st amendment rights.

The only option the plaintiffs have is a blanket exemption. The NY state law is draconian and immoral. They are the same people who put sick Covid patients into nursing homes and killing a lot more people. So "it's A PaNdEmIc" is a bullshit excuse. I think the whole thing is bullshit, but they had no problem playing both sides to their advantage. Hypocrisy 101.

You cannot morally use an alleged pandemic or any alleged emergency situation to infringe on the rights of people. Respect the rights of your people. They created a problem (bioweapon) to offer the solution (the Covid vaccine was patented in 2013 by Richard Rothschild, connected to the central banking family practicing in occult child sacrifice rituals). It's like they stand to only benefit the whole time or something.
