The hypothesis is that Indians (ex-British colony) are occupying the USA on the behest of the British. (State St. Vanguard. Blackrock).

Mew Zealand just opened their doors to unlimited Indians to come.

And, funny coinkidink that most online scams are Indian, but as Burlingame points out, they are trained Brits.
