Remember when Biden sat on money earmarked for Ukraine?

Oh that's right, he did it illegally as a means to get the attorney looking into his how his son, Hunter, was being investigated for serious fraud of a power company he was on the board of there.

Withholding that money was illegal and threatening to do so was outside of Joe's pay scale.
