Could just be "urban explorers". I watch a lot of videos where people explore any tunnel they can find. They also explore abandoned mines, old WW2 and Cold War era bunkers. Pretty interesting the stuff they find.

Still concerning considering the current political climate and the fact that Autopen brought in so many unvetted military age males from God knows where.
