So they are allowed to cause violence till 9 pm ? They admit they are violent , breaking laws etc but now u can only break laws untill 9 pm , what F world are we living in ??? We wonder why teens are rioting and smashing threw stores stealing , what examples are we giving the criminals , thugs and future felons to live by ! Just beyond comprehension !
