Agreed. Negotiating with one group that is in control of the country seems like it would be easier than negotiating with a bunch of different factions all fighting for control.

On the other hand, if the IRGC leaders are all batshit crazy, that could still be a problem. I wish we could fast forward through all of this negotiation foolishness and get to the good part where they identify the source of Iran's uranium... (Uranium One, Clinton Foundation, Hildebeast, etc.)
