President Trump announced plans to continue the US blockade of Iran, aiming to make the regime lose substantial revenue after negotiations were cut off. He told NBC's Garrett Haake that going silent could be effective for a long time, emphasizing the blockade as 'a piece of steel' without plans for widespread bombing.

This follows additional US self-defense strikes, with the oil situation at Kharg Island deteriorating further. Trump stressed that his administration will not be out-waited by Iran.
