I was trying to locate some less-biased sources and my skills aren't top notch, but I've read that the MAJORITY OF CRIMES ARE (proportionally) COMMITTED BY THAT SPECIAL POC GROUP (that's been literally 'white-washed' by jails and police depts. ; I,e., many Arabs and Latinos are now categorized "white") so if there may be about 13% 'black' in America, that ethnic group is committing most over 50% and closer to 80% of ALL crimes. Anthro & Sociologists have been very quiet over the airwaves these past decades...
