This is part of the confirmation game they have to play. Blanche is acting AG for 210 days max, pending confirmation. If Senate won't confirm, Blanche goes back to acting AG, but the 210 day clock is reset. Either way, Blanche is the AG. This gets us way past the midterms, which damn well better clear out all the dumocrats and RINOs.
