Homeless Americans should still be able to vote as should convicts in my opinion. The problem is people who give them ten bucks or whatever it is for their vote. That and "mail-in ballots" (not legitimate absentee ballots) altogether.
Retarded take. Those two groups of people will primarily vote for someone to get them out of their situation, instead of choosing whats "better" overall or even over their own political preferences. So: homeless will vote dem, cause they see welfare as the easiest way out (and lots of the homeless are that way cause they are drugged out) so they also will vote for the party putting syringe dispensers in public restrooms
Convicts will vote dem, so that they can be released back onto the streets and just kinda bounce in and out of the criminal justice system without ever facing any real repercussions
