Judge dismisses murder charge against Arkansas sheriff nominee who killed daughter's alleged abuser
A judge has dismissed a murder charge against Aaron Spencer, an Arkansas sheriff nominee who was accused of killing his teenage daughter's alleged abuser in 2024.
This is Frontier Justice.
No. It is just traditional Justice!
Peoples formed governments to begin with, to band together against criminals who could pick them off individually. Bandits on the roads, invaders of their homes. Citizens created and allowed the gov't police forces for one reason and one reason only: to prevent their being picked off and killed, their properties taken over or burned.
When the government refuses to protect its own citizens against criminals, the essential reason for the government to begin with, and its presumed compact with the citizens, is negated.
The original judge (or prosecutor, cant remember which one said it) who said "This isnt the wild west" in response to this case and decided to pursue murder charges is EVIL and UNAMERICAN
They DO NOT deserve to live in this country and experience its freedoms. They literally were trying to argue that the dude should have let the man take and rape his daughter, because he wasnt armed and wasnt actively raping her in that moment (he shot the man dead in his vehicle WHILE HIS DAUGHTER was kidnapped and in the backseat, with the man actively fleeing after stalking his family and his daughter for months beforehand)
Why do we have laws?
To prevent us from taking action on our own. We don't want Hatfields vs McCoys going on in every city in the nation.
What happens when we don't get restitution through a corrupt system?
We take that restitution into our own hands.
Amen! This is what's known as "AMERICAN JUSTICE." Proper Justice. Traditional justice - this is American culture working to keep towns safe and criminals in a continual check. Elevate THAT judge. 👏
