I remember walking to the subway and the local we were with had us take a shortcut,thru some building and he casually mentioned, that this was were Reagan was shot....
That was also when I learned the north named battles after rivers and the south after nearby towns. I was visiting the battlefield of Manassas and never heard of it. Then we drove across bull run and I heard of that.....
Being built on swampland it's been sinking and breaking for a long time. POTUS said it will be fifty to a hundred years before it needs to be redone. I hope it works. It will be a good symbol of our regeneration.
