This whole situation is just wild. Outright robbery by a corporation. The police in multiple departments are involved in the lawfare too, disgusting. I hope many cops and others involved are fired.😤
It's funny. Reckless Ben was certainly committing crimes BUT.... only due to complete lack of process followed by those in the position of authority. Escalation was from unreasonable due process, not wanting views. It's reasonable to now assume nothing would have been done to help the family by Brick and Minifig... the company was not acting in good faith towards the community. Reckless Ben should get some community service time and perhaps a month of weekend jail. He has to be less reckless in that he should have sought professionals. You just can't go to such extreme lengths even if you think you're right. Has to be done legally or it won't stick.
Uh, he didn't commit crimes, no proof of that. We have freedom in America. He used their system of laws against them and they got mad about it. He should those who falsely arrested him.
Do you want people walking around "thinking" they are righteous? The ends justify the means?
Without consulting professionals?
With no respect for the process?
I have no problem with what he uncovered, but how he got it done was illegal at times.
I get the system is corrupt but if he was a little more prepared, he wouldn't need to be quite so reckless.
Its not about being righteous. Its about following the law and using the processes put in place that seem to be ignored by every level and every step of the way on the police side.

Dude. He had someone impersonate a ups driver, to obtain a signature for fraudulent purposes.
He harassed family members of BAM management.
My friend, we can't have vigilantes thinking they are righteous, running around doing whatever they want.
He didn't even consult a lawyer.
That's reckless.
Dumb take. Ben is a hero. Hopefully he will sue the absolute life out of that corrupt gang of color-of-law criminals.

I can’t wait to see how this turns out.
