IF Everyone wants to get REALLLLLY ROCKED~~~~~~I got started on IODINE (LIQUID-3 DROPS) and was told at the CheckOut Person that the purveyors for Iodine for which we need, have been taken out of a lot of foods due to the amount of money to be made keeping us sick!!!!
NOTE: And he said that when he found out that his thyroid was caused by an Iodine deficiency is when he found out that are foods are IODINE DEFICIENT!!!!!!

I rub iodine on my skin once in awhile just to absorb it. If it dissapears fast,your body needed it.
Iodized salt is still available. But you can't store it for a long time, as the iodine evaporates away.
