On election day, they learn how many "votes" they need. It is easy to scrub the voter rolls for those who did not vote, and submit mail-in ballots with their names. OR dead people, or illegals. I guess they think we are stupid, well we know their game. WHEN will it be STOPPED!
NO ballot that is not there on election day should be counted, period. No exceptions! The ballots can be submitted for so many weeks before the election, any honest voter can comply, despite mailing delays.
