I think that trumps administration should just charge civilly and go after the assets that were embezzled. there are billionaires out there that got there partially through theft that I believe the us government could go after. US-AID showed us how bad the theft was. The problem is that these individuals are will connected politicly
lots of rico charges but a lot of those who committed the crimes cant be gone after with Rico because they died of old age or and lawyers will just keep it tied up in the courts and the bureaucracy of the justice system as long as possible hopping for a change in administration to kill the charges.
