The dumacrats will say: oh that’s just for local elections like dog catcher and school board. It’s ok, I swear they would never vote in federal elections like for the president.
Yeah right, how about I don’t want them breathing air here if they are illegal.
(Stella is either not looking clearly, and her biases have quite eclipsed her ability to read, or she's indulging in clickbaitism, (which is probably a worse disease than covid).
FACTS
Based on Stella's pictures, at the library, there is a display of information for new immigrants, naturalization, but also refugees. Next to it, is an application for voter registration or pre-registration.
18 or older, you can register, 16 or 17, you can pre-register, but ONLY (according to the application form) if you are a US citizen.
The actual form starts out stating if you are NOT a citizen, you cannot register.
So,
a display for non citizens that includes a VOTER REGISTRATION specifically for non citizens that allows them to “preregister” to vote.
Er, no. Specifically NOT for non-citizens.
We know the election system has been corrupted beyond belief, and we know that illegal and fraudulent voting is absolutely rampant, BUT that doesn't mean facts don't matter, or that wildly inaccurate claims that are very click-baity are a valid response.
Its the OTHER side that engages and indulges in fake information, not ours.... right?
It appears that Stella saw the pamphlets on the left of the table, then the registration form on the right, and leapt to a (bizarre) conclusion, without actually reading the document.
Could this form be used fraudulently, by non-citizens or illegals wanting to register? Sure. But the form itself is very far from being 'VOTER REGISTRATION specifically for non citizens'.
It should be a new tv series where inside the voting box are ICE agents. Like “you’ve been punked!”, when the illegals go to vote, but instead it will be “you’re getting deported!”

Who said anything about the immigrants being here illegally?
It's a bit of a non-burger, I think, Stella.

But at the top of the form (https://pbs.twimg.com/media/HKkecq4bEAExWAD?format=jpg&name=large) it states quite clearly, "I am a US citizen and resident of California" >>> "IF 'No', you cannot register."

This is clickbait, or worse, ragebait.

That would be awesome!
It is legal for noncitizens to vote and always has been: https://ballotpedia.org/Laws_permitting_noncitizens_to_vote_in_the_United_States
Not legal for federal elections. State elections have their own laws.
Which is exactly what the link says.
Riddle Me That: At the DMV or DMV online, you must register to vote before you can make the appointment to do any business with the DMV.
They need to start targeting illegals who voted in 2024,and deporting them before the election,to send a strong message to them not to vote.

See my comment above, Joy.
Stella here is quite wrong, either willfully or ignorantly...
