My grandma got a real estate license just to find and buy a house in the early 60s when America still had a semblance of a moral compact but that thang is long gone. The whole licensing thang needs to be DOGEd and assets confiscated. Looks like some of it already underway w Pulte kek

Lot of it is scams for bribes. Remember when POTUS opened the casino just so he could help bust the mafia? All the permits and codes and unions etc gettin their vig. Iirc was part of the fbianon drop of the TRUMP FILES in tha vault. He proved yer point.
