Its total BS... basically just need to be willing to vibe code a bunch of trash and create tech debt... they call it tokenmaxing. You just use all sorts of agents to create your tasks, review the code, pretty much everything... it generates a lot of stuff but after a while you will likely need to throw it all away and start over because nobody will really know the code or how to fix problems in it and it will start to get too expensive or too much context for AI to manage also.
