Talk about segregating people.... Not everyone has a cell phone. Many just have a flip phone. I thought 'they' wanted to be inclusive. Dayum hypocritens!
I’m presuming this refers to the difference between a web enabled cell phone and one that only makes calls.

Yeah flip phones predate smartphones, and many people refuse to get smartphones - which is why every mobile store you go into will still have a bare minimum of 1 or 2 flip phone (dumb phone) options available.
I myself rocked a flip phone from 2022-2023, about 1.5 years before I caved. Too many things "require" a smartphone, as a matter of convenience
I do know about flip phones and that there are no feature flip phones, marketed to seniors.
I noted I presume since I’m not a mind reader and didn’t know if the original poster intended the details.
I believe flip phones are cellular mobile devices.
