The penalty for conspiring to attack and impede federal agents is charged under 18 U.S.C. Β§ 372.
Under 18 U.S.C. Β§ 372, it is a federal crime for two or more persons to conspire to prevent, by force, intimidation, or threat, any person from holding office under the United States or discharging their duties. This includes conspiring to injure an officer in their person or property while they are engaged in lawful duties.
The maximum penalty for a violation of 18 U.S.C. Β§ 372 is imprisonment for not more than six years, a fine, or both. This statute specifically targets the agreement or plot between multiple parties to use force or intimidation against federal officials.
Notice that it doesn't mean the actual assault or impeding federal agents actually happened, or who actually did the act.... but only that the 15 Antifa members conspired with each other to do those things. The proof can be as simple as text messages, or emails, or recorded phone calls... or even video evidence of cooperation.
Federal sentencing is no joke. If they are convicted of conspiracy... they could each get up to 6 years in Federal prison. No time off for good behavior. Keep in mind that 6 years is the maximum penalty for A violation (A = one). If they conspired in more than one instance to obstruct... then that's multiple counts of conspiracy for separate acts. It could be more than one sentence of 0 to 6 years each.
Also, the Antifa guy with the 70 IQ who brought pizza and was marginally involved in the conspiracy... might get a simple fine, or 3-months. Hard core leftist Antifa agitators might get the full 6 years.
They better stick a black umbrella up their asses....
What about the rest
Letβs gooo!! ππΌ
