I live in an area with a large federal project that gets billions of dollars in grants. Everyone has worked there or knows someone who works there. People have complained about it since the 90s. Everyone is over paid, and under worked. Sit around and play cards and have cookouts alot of times. I believe "AI" can weed out alot of this waste.
Often enough many of the people entering the Federal Prison system aren’t first timers. And usually have rap sheets of Local and State Charges. It logically makes sense to filter the ones liable to cause problems preemptively. Especially when many Prisons are as a general rule of thumb horrifically understaffed. When it comes to the ratio of guards to prisoners.
