I saw a map of the number of HIV infections in Africa yesterday, it was shocking. On that basis we shouldn’t be letting any of them anywhere near us.

Well, DS wants to do that to us. We are changing though.
And who was this money actually going to? We may never find out. But the people that got most of it, should have to pay back their illicit funds to the people's coffers.

I will agree, but Congress kind of owes US/us quite a lot of money. Most of them should be broke-or close to it. Let's get our money BACK!
