This stuff has been widely put into the open with several sources for years now. If you want the TLDR of more than 2000 articles, 300+ hours of podcasts, and two books, check out the Shawn Ryan episodes with Sarah Adams, legend, Scott mann, and Jane Doe. Sure, it's a few hours total, or if you really want the key stuff, just the Sarah Adams stuff will do.
