I know people rant and rave "1st amendment!! freedom of speech!!" thinking it's OK for these people to post themselves saying stupid stuff, but the Constitution only governs/limits the government, not private places of employment. Her employer has every right to fire her for this, if they so choose, and I really wish they would.
