Before we go over the edge on this one, is the term absentee or mail-in ballots? One must apply for an absentee ballot. And mail in ballots are a state thing where everyone gets them.

I know it sounds silly but this could be a gotcha type of thing. If the ruling is absentee then it’s a small percentage of ballots sent in.
