The current school model of factory education needs to be shut down. No more than 15 kids in a classroom, regardless of age, 55 minute sessions is optimum, 50 minutes will work if the teacher is proficient. Get rid of the “too difficult to fire” option and terminate when wrongdoing is discovered.
