We should be sorry for sharing advanced technologies with primitive cultures who are not spiritually or intellectually advanced enough to use them safely.

I really couldn't agree more. Other culture weren't ready for a warp speed into the future. We gave them a calculator before they were even taught math. Meaning they skipped a massively important developmental step. And it shows to this day.
