The DHS Website that he is referring to use to check voter rolls against. https://www.dhs.gov/wow
EDIT: Once on the DHS website, you can filter by state. To filter further, you can use the blank search (far left) to type in a city. It will tell you that they were arrested in a certain city - you can use that a search against the county voter roll for that city. Just an idea.

The voter roll would be on your county website. The dhs.gov/wow website ā all of the people on there are illegals.
For country voter roll lists example -Harris county voter rolls will yield a voter registration search website - it differs based on county.

yeah, PA is very locked down. My county is not like this at all.
Texas you have to enter a DoB to access a voter registration record.
I was able to find names of people that voted in the primaries.
