Judges deny request to return Trump's name to Kennedy Center pending an appeal

A three-judge panel has denied a request from the Kennedy Center's board to restore President Donald Trump's name to the institution while they appeal an earlier ruling that dubbed the name change illegal.

These judges only ruled the name doesn't need to be restored right now- the whole case is on appeal, and the name will wait on the rest of the case. Trump will win anyway.
