Document 1098 was filed today vacating the seditious conspiracy charges and the full indictment against Tarrio, Nordean, Biggs, Rehl, and Pezzola. Trump issued pardons for the Proud Boys members earlier, and the court has now formally wiped the charges. Tarrio credits the legal win to Trump and to supporters who fought for their release.
