The first recorded instance of Nazi was 1926, when referring to nat socialists. The term Ashkenazi was used in the 1700's but the root word Ashkenoz, was from the 11th century referring to Germany and it's Jewish population.
However, I don't believe this to be accurate, I believe it's more Iranians, Persians, Anatolian, Turkish mostly. idk regardless, I don't see how you believe the Nazis were running the world in the 1700's,
