Houston area has almost stopped putting the actual temperature in weather forecast and instead puts the heat index for a more dramatic effect. Pushes that global warming/climate change agenda to see those triple digits up there. They also use a weather station on Bush intercontinental airport. Nothing like temperature on concrete surrounded by jets.

Exactly! That's why they pull out heat index for temperature forecast and changed the colors from yellow/orange to red. Visual dramatics. They also changed the color on they radar for rainfall. The darker the colors, the more dramatica. We're seeing rain here where I'm at. Radar showed bright red directly over my town, indicating heavy rain. Concrete Is still dry under my vehicles. It's just a drizzle.
