I must ask, are we heading to Islam? Pretty shocking to me. The passivity amongst Christians is beyond shocking.

That's a very good way to take the discussion into a realm I cannot touch or disprove. It's also bat-shit insane to most people, especially those who aren't Christian.
I am not calling you a liar, but it would be pretty easy to. Given all who 'see' God in the Bible, even a vision, can't remain looking or standing.
If this is your mission, I would ask for clarification. Or I would wonder just whose face you went to see. Some angels do not even see his face, and yet I am supposed to believe you are the anointed one he called to his Throne Room (you'd die there btw, because you are not dead and contain sin, which cannot exist with God). You can believe what you want, and sneer as much as you wish. But the pure of heart can see God, go study the beatitudes, especially Matthew 5:8. People can and have gone to the throne room and aren't dead. John, the author of revelation, did.

Yeah, John. An author in the Bible. Selected by God. "They will see God" does not mean God will show them his face. It means they will recognize his presence. They will "see" God in everything. There's a lot of things John has done and experienced that few if any other humans can relate to. I'm not sure that's a great example.
Uzzah was not even amongst God, not even in Heaven, and one touch killed him. I am not here to score points or to pat my own back. I simply want to spread the truth. You should not be so hostile.

I can say that I also have gone to see God, and he told me to tell you all I have said. Would you believe me? No. Because you can't prove it, and you already disagree with what I say. Hell, Muslims could say they too have gone to speak with god, and write-off anything else that is said.
