That is all the authority needed to remove anyone in "government" from office if they are operating outside of the limits of delegated power, or outside of the charter that they are required to operate within.
Communism, Socialism, Sharia, etc are all anti-republican and 100% an enemy to the Constitution, and the principles upon which our Republic was established.
