I met another person who like myself found out they'd been [BLACKLISTED] when applying for jobs, simply for being educated, skilled Caucasians apparently based on us independently reviewing our jobs in life. We also caught recruiter e-mail correspondence replies having that phrase right in front of the subject line further down the e-mail chain.
Abso-friggin-lutely pathetic, and the "board members" and upper management responsible for this need to be held accountable.
